Terms of use
Last updated 28 September 2026
These terms apply to your use of the cadrepeople.com website (the "website"), which is run by Noddit Technology Limited, RC 7761794 ("we", "us"). By using the website you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the website.
The Cadre product itself is provided under a separate written agreement with each customer. Nothing on the website forms part of that agreement or is an offer to provide the product on particular terms.
Information on the website
The website describes Cadre in general terms. Screens, figures and examples on it are illustrations, not advice and not a statement of any particular person's pay or tax. Statutory rules change; always rely on the figures in your own payroll and on professional advice for your circumstances.
We try to keep the website accurate and available, but we do not promise that it is complete, current or free from errors, or that it will always be available.
Using the website
You may view and share pages of the website for your own business or personal use. You must not:
- use it in a way that breaks the law or anyone's rights;
- try to get unauthorised access to the website, the systems behind it or the Cadre product;
- send us, through the website, anything that is harmful, misleading or not yours to send;
- copy, scrape or republish its content in bulk, or present it as your own.
Intellectual property
The website, the Cadre name and logo, and the website's text, images and design belong to us or our licensors. These terms do not give you any rights in them apart from using the website as they allow.
Links to other websites
The website may link to other websites, such as app stores or our partners. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or how they handle your data.
Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the website, or from relying on its content.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. The courts of Lagos State have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
Changes and contact
We may change these terms by publishing a new version here, with the date at the top. Questions about them can go to hello@cadrepeople.com.
